The remaining balance is due 30 days before the retreat start date. If paid at the time of booking, a full refund of the remaining balance is available up to 30 days before your retreat start date. If you cancel 0-29 days before your retreat start date remaining balance is not refundable.

Yes, nutritious and delicious meals made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients are included in our retreat packages. This includes 2 regular meals, Snacks, water, tea, coffee, smoothies and juice.

What should I bring to the retreat?

We recommend bringing comfortable clothing suitable for yoga and outdoor activities and a jacket, as well as any personal items you may need. Lotions and soaps are provided. Towels and robes are provided. We suggest hiking shoes/ boots, sunglasses and bathing suit . Additionally, don't forget to bring sun protection / sunscreen.
