Welcome to Camp Vortex Retreats. By booking a retreat with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking & Payment

  • A deposit or full payment is required to secure your booking.
  • The remaining balance is due 30 days before the retreat start date.
  • If paid at the time of booking, a full refund of the remaining balance is available up to 30 days before your retreat start date.
  • If you cancel 0-29 days before your retreat start date, the remaining balance is non-refundable.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 30 or more days before the retreat start date are eligible for a refund of the remaining balance.
  • Cancellations made within 29 days of the retreat start date are not eligible for refunds.
  • No refunds will be issued for failure to attend or late arrivals.

3. Health & Liability

  • Participants are responsible for assessing their own physical and mental health before attending a retreat.
  • Camp Vortex Retreats is not responsible for injuries, illnesses, or unforeseen circumstances that may arise during the retreat.
  • Guests are encouraged to purchase travel insurance for unforeseen emergencies.

4. Code of Conduct

  • Participants must respect the retreat environment, instructors, and fellow guests.
  • We reserve the right to remove any guest engaging in disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior without a refund.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All retreat content, including workshops, materials, and branding, is the intellectual property of Camp Vortex Retreats and cannot be reproduced without permission.

6. Force Majeure

  • We are not liable for cancellations due to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other unforeseeable events beyond our control.

7. Changes to Retreat Programs

  • We reserve the right to modify retreat activities, schedules, or instructors as necessary to enhance the guest experience.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of California.
