Ramsay Mead
Structural Healer, Movement Educator & Longevity Guide
With more than thirty years of experience, Ramsay Mead works at the convergence of nervous system regulation, embodied movement, and integrative natural health. His path began as a teenager when he was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease and found conventional approaches offered limited relief.
That experience ignited a disciplined, decades-long exploration into how the body restores itself when safety, structure, and communication are reestablished — a question that has shaped his life’s work ever since.
This is not about doing more.
It is about restoring the conditions that allow the body to remember how to function well.
Rather than pushing performance, optimization, or force-based protocols, Ramsay focuses on coherence. His approach works with the body as an intelligent system — prioritizing joint and fascial communication, breath, awareness, and regulation to help the body reorganize naturally and sustainably.
He is the creator of the Embodied Longevity Method™, a nervous-system-centered movement and breath practice designed to restore how the body organizes itself over time. His work draws high-achievers, leaders, and individuals in transition who sense that something deeper is required — and are ready to listen.
Ramsay is also the founder of Camp Vortex Retreats, a private sanctuary in Joshua Tree, California, where he offers deeply personalized one-on-one immersions and guided desert experiences. The land, like the work itself, is quiet, spacious, and intentionally held.
