Browse the four published formats on the Retreats page and send an inquiry, or book a call to talk through which format fits. Five and seven day immersions, and Nosara dates, are arranged by inquiry only. Every retreat is scheduled directly with Ramsay — there is no calendar of fixed dates to fit into.
